The Free Boiler Grant is part of the ECO4 scheme, where the government provides boiler replacement grants to replace back boilers for free. The ECO4 scheme covers modern A-rated condensing boilers, combi boilers, system boilers, and in some cases, air source heat pumps. All installations are carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers to ensure safety and compliance.

Once approved, the survey and installation typically takes 4-6 weeks. The actual installation usually takes 1-2 days, depending on your property type and the complexity of the work required.
